I'm wondering how you kill the Unworthy Dead in the portal to Tombs using the EoE Bomb. Many have suggested making a minion factory and using Winnowing for that first part, but this never seems to work too well and you sacrifice alot of skills.

I know it's impossible to do this by killing yourself infront of them, so what other options are there?

when we ran EoE bomb we kill them the hard way. Morale doesn't matter, so what? You need some kind of direct damage anyway - so it is a bit tedious and unfun, but we can take them down in about 2 minutes...

Whenever I've ran edge bombs, we've done minions to kill off the unworthies. Almost always a 10% on it as well. You can do all that before the timer starts, so I don't see why it hasn't been working for you. It doesn't require different attributes, and is a viable plan B if you need it.

an eoe bomb really only needs 3 skills: EoE, MoP, and some form of sacrifice. get creative with the rest

and rey... doing a minion thing works, but when i did it we went earth spike and eoe... its better in actual maps (like otherwise how do you plan on killing the ghostly after a succesfull bomb? start making minions? wanding?)

I'm joining rankless pugs and setting up my EoE bomb on them. Seems to work better becuase they die just as fast and requires no planning XD

Here's my build:

Mark of Protection
Healing Seed
Healing Breeze
(Anything)
Remove Hex
Predatory Season
Edge of Extinction
Ressurection Signet

Put the word "healer" in your name and any team will pick you.

Set up Edge at the start of the match and watch your terrible team die.
This might not be all that effective becuase they aren't spiking, but it's pretty fun

I agree with Schorny. Rank is meaniless. I always laugh at groups that show off thier rank before a battle and 30 secs later leaving the game because they just got slaughtered. Nothing is better than that. Custom builds that i make always punish the "unbeatable" rank 3+ groups i see as well as normal PUG's ((Although i do hate when 1 noob ruins it)

rank 3 groups aren't that good, rank does mean something it shows the experience you have in tombs, if you bring a team of non ranked people whose only experience is to do arena then they'll get smoked by a good build

its always the ranger primary, so that you get the 52 damage eoe. and its not like its hard to notice a 5 second casting time complete with a huge animation >.<

the EoE bomb that i modeled after was 6 E/N's with all air spike skills and Death Nova/BiP. Then 2 R/Mos with MoP and EoE. One of them is the backup incase EoE is down.

and it's all too easy to fight EoE, if they already have EoE casted, fall out of range. If it's not up, one warrior has enough time to spot the caster and kill his EoE.

When I play IWAY I bring EoE for the ghosts and I can get 10% moral bonus easy. Though it Screws you ever big time in the rest of the HoH

earth spike > air spike for eoe, no one cares about exhaustion so spam obs flame until you die.

... AND you can use other earth skills in it. crystal wave is a great one to spam right before you bomb out.
